Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Place your order from any country and we send it by mail.
How much is shipping?
Orders of $40 or more ship free. Under $40, shipping is $8. The total updates at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Transit depends on your address. For frizz out or gray coverage before an event, order early to allow shade match and processing time.

Returns and refunds
How do I return a product?
You can return products by mail within 30 days. Email support@colorkeratin.beauty first and we will give you the return steps.
Who pays for return shipping?
You cover return shipping for standard returns. When the item arrives defective, the return is free.
What refund will I get?
Returns within 30 days receive a full refund. Salon stock and backbar approved sizes follow the same rule.
Warranty
Do products have a warranty?
Yes. Every product carries its manufacturer's warranty. If something fails under normal use, write to support@colorkeratin.beauty and our team will review it on business days.
